Returns & Replacement

At HARAH, we strive to deliver premium quality products. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. NO RETURNS POLICY

We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer

  • Preference changes

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. REPLACEMENTS

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

3. REPLACEMENT REQUEST WINDOW

Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/wrong-item claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Show the issue without cuts or edits

Claims without proper unboxing proof may be rejected.

5. PRODUCT CONDITION

Items eligible for replacement must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

6. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We do not provide replacements for:

  • Minor thread variations

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Replacement stock is unavailable, or

  • HARAH is unable to fulfill the replacement request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. SHIPPING FOR REPLACEMENTS

If the replacement is approved due to an error from HARAH, replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
