Returns and Replacement

At harah, every piece is created with purpose designed, packed, and shipped with care. While we maintain high standards, we understand that rare issues may occur. In such cases, we offer a limited return or replacement option, strictly under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility Criteria

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product inspection) is shared as proof. No edits, cuts, or breaks.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Return / Replacement Process

  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review your concern in detail.

  • If approved, we will notify you and provide further instructions for return pickup or replacement shipping.

  • We will decide case by case whether a replacement or return is applicable, based on stock availability and the issue reported.

  • In case the same item is not in stock, we may offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.


3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics partners

  • Sale, discounted, or limited edition items

  • Missing or edited unboxing proof
